My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was not ready until late due to high occupancy and was uncomfortably hot from drying fans after a leak. On the bright side, it had a pullout couch for extra space. The service was top-notch, with the lone staff member being friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to resolve any issues swiftly. The location was convenient for our activities but slightly further from OSU than preferred, though having a Wal-Mart nearby was handy. The dining experience had its highs and lows, but the pool not meeting cleanliness standards was a major downside.
