My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was not ready until late due to high occupancy and was uncomfortably hot from drying fans after a leak. On the bright side, it had a pullout couch for extra space. The service was top-notch, with the lone staff member being friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to resolve any issues swiftly. The location was convenient for our activities but slightly further from OSU than preferred, though having a Wal-Mart nearby was handy. The dining experience had its highs and lows, but the pool not meeting cleanliness standards was a major downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was spacious in our King Suite with two TVs, it wasn't ready until 8 pm due to high occupancy. The service was excellent, but it seemed I was the only guest with staff around. The location was not as close to OSU as I'd prefer, but it was convenient with easy access to restaurants and a short drive to the University of Oklahoma. The dining was a bit expensive, and the breakfast options were not great despite a nice seating area. However, the hotel is close to Walmart and a convenience store, offering some value for money.
